Connie Esparza

Connie's Real Estate story began when her and her husband bought their first home at the age of 18. Connie was attracted to Real Estate after buying herself. She influence many of her friends into purchasing homes as well. Assisting others played and large part in influencing her decision to become a Realtor and her outgoing personality seemed to be a good fit for this field.

Connie has been a Realtor since 2004 and originally joined Century 21 Moneyworld where she received her training, she later joined Re/Max Affiliates in 2014. This Brokerage became LIFE Realty District in 2015.

Connie still continues her real estate education and received her CDPE and CIAS certifications in 2012 to assist her investor and short sale clients better. Connie with her husband have bought 5 properties over the years and feels this has helped her to understands her investors, sellers and buyers needs very well.

On Connie's downtime she likes to spend time with her children and granddaughters. She also has a small Vintage shop located in the Vintage Vegas located in the Las Vegas Arts District so she also enjoys hunting for vintage treasures for the shop AND is passionate about selling vintage homes.
