About Connie

As a Colorado native, Connie has served the Front Range of Colorado in the listing and sale of homes since 2004. Real estate runs in her family blood, with her mom starting a brokerage in Pueblo, CO in 2000, where she cultivated a robust business that was based in the sale of bank owned homes. Connie and others in her family, quickly followed suit acquiring some of the nation's largest banks as client's and selling hundreds of foreclosed homes from Fort Collins to Pueblo, Colorado. With over 800 closed real estate transactions, Connie has the experience and knowledge to help guide you in one of the most important financial decisions one can make in a lifetime.
Connie also has a passion for new construction. With a detailed, thorough knowledge of this area of real estate, Connie is able to assist clients in communicating with the builders and sales team, negotiate any and all incentives or price reductions, advise on upgrades that will improve value, meet with the construction team to ensure the build is being completed on time, be a constant companion and fiduciary on what can be, a long and arduous journey. Her husband, Juan, is a native of Cuenca, Ecuador and serves the Colorado National Guard and Army Reserves. Connie is an amazing realtor, and I would highly recommend her for your home selling or buying journey. First and foremost, she is a very caring person who is totally committed to doing her very best for you. Connie is great when it comes to communication with her clients and will almost always respond to phone calls, texts, or emails quickly and thoroughly. A big plus is that her fee includes many extras which will make your house more desirable in a saturated market. Some of the choices we made were to have our house professionally staged, the interior cleaned thoroughly by a local service, power washing the exterior, window washing (inside and out), and photos taken by a professional photographer. The marketing materials were simply stunning. In addition, the house matched the photographs, so buyers were not surprised when they walked into our home. Although we were selling our houses in a tough market, Connie held our hands throughout the process and helped us get it sold. We enjoyed working with her so much that we referred her as an agent to our niece as she embarks on buying her very first home.
