Today my wife and I closed on our first piece of residential real estate! Keep in mind we already own several pieces of commercial real estate as well. My daughter, Cooper, did a great job communicating with us during the entire process of our purchase. I’m sure you’re reading this review and many of you are thinking “of course he’s going to give his daughter a five star review!” Ask anyone that knows me, they will tell you that I do not accept anything less then 100% and if my daughter didn’t perform the job she was paid to do as our real estate agent…this review would be different! She probably wouldn’t come to Thanksgiving next year! Anyhow, this was NOT THE CASE. She was professional from the beginning to the end! I highly recommend her! We will be using her in our future purchases, I suggest you do too!

Truly cannot say enough amazing things about Cooper! If you want someone who listens to what you say (and even what you don’t), Cooper is the agent for you. Our search area was huge, and she did an excellent job helping us narrow down our location and budget. Beyond that, her knowledge on the true conditions of a home is priceless. She could easily spot hidden water damage, mold and other “lipstick on a pig” qualities. Cooper is a very friendly, professional, and responsive agent. She facilitated several virtual in home tours while dealing with COVID restrictions and even helped me navigate through a very competitive situation as a Buyer in a Sellers market. She stuck to my priorities despite the limitations on inventory and helped qualm a lot of unexpected frustrations. Not only was I an out of state home buyer, I was an out of country buyer as well as a VA loan recipient which is a bit more involved. No matter the day or the time, Cooper found a way to text, FaceTime, email or call in order to get my questions answered in a timely manner. There were plenty of “lemon” Sellers’ agents we had to deal with, but Cooper stayed honest and transparent every step of the way. Because of her persistence and patience I was able to purchase a home that perfectly fits me, even though it is in Michigan ;) Thank you!

Copper was phenomenal every step of the way and has all the resources readily available in her back pocket. I’m no expert, but i hope everyone has an opportunity to do business with someone of her caliber when buying any home. Cooper was AMAZING! She offered to help us find a rental home. Very friendly, responsive and answered all our questions! Ultimately, we ended up finding a home on Zillow in which the landlord did not work with realtors. Regardless, She still kept in touch, making sure we had everything we needed.
