About Cory

Cory Williams was born and raised in Greencastle, IN, where a love of houses and real estate began to develop in him from an early age. He spent the 1990s remodeling homes alongside his father and continued building for the better part of the next two decades. Upon graduating from Depauw University with a B.A. in Communication and Media Studies in 2001, Cory made the move to Colorado. There he made professional moves within the building industry, from retail customer service (where he met his incredible wife, Tarynn) to management within home lighting and tile & stone companies. This trajectory led him to take the leap to become licensed in Real Estate.

After spending four years within other brokerages, Cory decided to take his future into his own hands and made the move to EXP, and now controls his own Real Estate practice. Cory leads a team of twenty plus realtors as a mentor and professional guide. What makes Cory different is his commitment to his clients and his community. He can prepare his clients to plan for renovations with his extensive knowledge and contacts within the building industry. He upholds the highest standards of timeliness, professionalism, and integrity. His commitment and spirit live and serve the client well beyond each transaction. When he is not flipping houses, signing listings, showing houses, or coaching, Cory enjoys road trips, live music, and the outdoors.
