I highly recommend him! He expertly navigates the complex process of buying a house, including handling the numerous forms involved, which can often feel overwhelming. His background in construction is a huge asset, enabling him to provide accurate evaluations of properties. He is extremely kind, always on time, and conducts in-depth analyses of comparables, answering even the most detailed questions about city code. Additionally, he is not pushy at all about making a purchase, a refreshing change from my experiences with other realtors in the Bay Area. Even after closing, he remains attentive, recommending reliable contractors and personally assisting with some repairs.

I honestly could not wish for a better real estate agent than Coulter.
He is extremely professional, friendly and you can really tell he is on your side. Unlike some other agents he really wants you to find the best possible home for your needs. Most impressively he is very knowledgeable about home improvements and can really help you understand what it would take to fix things and their associated cost. My wife and I really felt like we lucked out, could not recommend him enough !

I met Kelly Gaudreau through Zillow when first researching homes in Truckee. Once she understood our vague requirements, Kelly arranged a full day of house tours for my wife and I. We made the 4-hour trip to Truckee, and went through 14 homes, of various prices and locations. She really knows the area, is friendly and professional. Once we'd narrowed our selection down to a handful of homes, Kelly went back, took videos, measurements and provided us with candid opinions and advice. We made an offer, and Kelly guided us through the back-and-forth of negotiation, resulting in us buying our Tahoe dream home! I'd recommend Kelly to anybody looking for a home in the area.
