Buying a home in the second half of 2022 was an emotionally draining, sometimes disappointing, and oftentimes regret-inducing that we didn’t pull the trigger when rates were lower in 2020 or 2021. All the painful and exciting moments were held with care and compassion by our agent, Courtnee Waldron. Courtnee’s intuition about purchase price, inspections, and our own hesitation/excitement (almost) always on point. She prepared us for all possible outcomes and was REAL with us when inspections came in and we needed to pull out of escrow. Courtnee took the time to get to know who we were, what we really wanted (even when I didn’t know!), and what we could afford. She advised us with our best interest in mind, even when it meant her compensation would be delayed (pulling out of escrow!). She insisted we see a house we had passed on and the moment we stepped inside we knew it was ours – and now it is!

The way I would describe Courtnee as an agent is loyal, compassionate, intuitive, hardworking, dedicated, skilled, respectful, conscientious, funny, kind, and a friend. A truly beautiful and good person. I feel indebted and grateful to Courtnee’s care of our process and making sure we felt comfortable and confident. ❤

We loved working with Courtnee! My husband and I were first time homebuyers with very little knowledge of what buying a home was like. Courtnee did a really great job recognizing quickly what we understood and where we needed more guidance. We felt that she always put the value of us finding the right home on our own timeline before her own interests. I cannot say enough great things about Courtnee. She has been helping families find homes for many years. She is willing to show you as many homes as you’d like to see and will never push you to make a purchase unless you’re certain that you’ve found “the one.” Between her depth of real estate knowledge, the changing market, and her love of matching people with the perfect home; she is the ideal agent.
