Courtney Kohl Paulson

THE KOHL TEAM is a mother daughter team with over 30 years of experience representing both Buyers and Sellers throughout the Westside of Los Angeles. We offer both wide-ranging expertise and an elevated level of customer service to our clientele. With a combined background in luxury real estate, interior design, and fine art, Sue and Courtney have a detail-driven approach to matching clients’ needs and expectations with their desired results. We are a mother and daughter team that values honesty, loyalty, and professionalism. We also really enjoy working together.

Working closely with interior designers for over 15 years to source beautiful artwork for her clients’ most intimate spaces, Courtney developed an appreciation for the “Art of Home”. In 2021, she joined the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices CA Pacific Palisades office, bringing the same level of integrity, service and passion she had for her valued art collectors to home buyers and sellers throughout Los Angeles.

Courtney was born and raised on the Westside of Los Angeles. A graduate of St. Matthew’s Parish School, Pacific Palisades High School and USC, she has deep roots in her local community. Courtney currently lives in Westchester with her husband and two sons. You can find them enjoying baseball games at the Westchester Babe Ruth field and taking hikes through the Playa Vista Bluffs with their lovable rescue dog Rupa. Courtney is a member of the Westchester Rotary Club and is an active volunteer with the Westchester Senior Citizens Center, YMCA and more.
