For the past 18+ years, I’ve been a top-producing Realtor in Northampton and the Ct River Valley. I also have a special niche. I specialize in the sale of houses near greenways, parks and other conservation lands.

I am the first Realtor in the U.S. with this niche and have been written about in numerous national and regional Realtor trade magazines. I also hold a Certified Residential Specialist Designation (CRS). Only 2-3% of Realtors in this area hold this designation.
