If you are looking to buy or sell, you cannot do better the Crystal!
She drove me around looking at multiple homes on multiple days until we found the right house for me. She answered up my texts and emails rapidly and positively. Plus the fact that she crawled under the house I chose, to look at the infrastructure herself for me since I am not as limber as I used to be (she even got the builder to straighten up the water heater because it had a lean to it!). Very comfortable to work with and found the ideal house for me.

It is with great enthusiasm that we write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Crystal Kasper. Her professionalism, candor, and dedication far exceeded my expectations and went beyond what any other relator has ever done for us. We began working with Crystal two years ago. While we knew we wanted to sell, we were not ready at that time. Crystal was not daunted by our lack of clarity and our complicated status as an overseas seller. She knew that the best way forward was to focus on analytics and charting a path which met our needs financially and which was based on our situation.

Collaborating closely with us, she arranged for a local contractor to identify needed repairs and updates, served as go between with our renters and insured that repairs minimized tax implications. She managed all matters with the care as if it was her own property. The contactor she recommended completed repairs in a timely manner and often under budget. We were incredibly pleased with his work and his ability to offer advice and options.

Every opinion she provided, focused on what was best for us, not her as our relator. We have worked with several relators and Crystal has been unlike any other in this regard. Right before the house went on the market, the dishwasher went out and she personally managed buying and installing it days before our open house.

Once our sale was completed, she graciously negotiated the timeline of a sale that met our renter’s schedule, a military family on orders, with excited new homeowners. Her skill, diplomacy and regard for all parties involved enabled the renters to align their move with travel orders and an amicable solution to be worked out between the buyers and the seller. This was accomplished with all parties being pleased with the outcome. Crystal has become a friend, despite all of our communications being virtual. She is a delight to be around and I emphatically recommend her to be you and your family’s realtor.

I am so happy I found Crystal Kasper and can't speak highly enough of her! To say that she is a remarkable realtor wouldn't do her justice. I contacted Crystal after working with another agent and am 100% grateful I made the transition. I was a first time home buyer, unfamiliar with the process, the area and didn’t know where to begin. I called Crystal after reading her reviews and I knew I hit the mark when I was met with her enthusiasm. She listened to my wants and literally within minutes forwarded me a list of homes that were right on the mark. Each day (usually twice) she sent me listings that were matched with my likes/wants. Crystal’s responsiveness made me feel like I was her only client. She responded within minutes, no matter if it was 7 AM of 10 PM. No matter if I called, texted or sent an email, I instantly received a response. When I asked Crystal to view some homes, she set them up right away and worked over the holiday. She was extremely knowledgeable regarding the process and answered all my questions, provided advice and was genuine in her concern that I was stress free. I emphasize ‘genuine’ as I felt completely comfortable in Crystal’s care and would recommend her to anyone (including my grandmother.) The closing agent we used was great as well as the inspector that she recommended. As I mentioned, I was a first time home buyer and came with my challenges. Crystal fought tooth and nail for me and I can honestly say that without Crystal, I wouldn’t be a home owner today. She worked with the lender and seller and didn’t quit until she was satisfied that I was taken care of. Bottom line – Crystal is truly an amazing, professional, knowledgeable and caring realtor that I was fortunate to have the pleasure to work with. Where do I begin with describing my experience with Crystal Kasper. She was wonderful from the very beginning to the very end. On a scale from 1-10, I give her a 20. Crystal made a stressful process so much less stressful. When it came to my situation, my house was located in Virginia & I live in Hawaii. The communication between myself & Crystal was excellent even with the time difference. Her response to any question or issue was taken care of in a very quick manner. I highly recommend Crystal to any & everyone. No words can truly describe what good of a job Crystal did for me & my family.
