I am Crystal Powers, the Sale Manager and Broker Associate with Sellstate ACE Realty in Colorado.

I am a dedicated and hardworking 4th generation Colorado Native who entered Real Estate in 2006.My combinedexperience in managing and selling real estate here on the Front Range, and my expertise in the Denver Metro area,have afforded me anunparalleled knowledge of Colorado and its Real Estate market. Through my experience, I have become an expert with a proven track record of exceptional marketing, negotiating, and innovative solutions to meet my client’s goals.I possess a keen understanding of the ever-changing residential and sales market which allows me to work in close collaboration with my renters and owners to guide and assist them tosuccessfully gain homeownership or acquire the sought-after success of a residential investment.

My approach is based on my driven personality and insistence that each client be treated as I would want to be treated. It is my goal to find your next dream home, investment, or a rental steppingstone. I pride myself on putting my clients first.I choose not to specialize ina specific neighborhood or area of Denver, but rather use my overall expertise to deliver what each one of my client’s desires and dreams of in their next home. I feel that this ismy key togiving the highest level of service, understanding, and honesty to each of my valued clients. In an industry that can be filled with stress and inexperience, I am honored to provide clients with confidence and peace of mind when working with me. I also choose to limit the number of clients I work withat any given time whichallowsme to focus my efforts on providing the highest level of customer service and personal attention.

In addition to servicing my clients’ needs in buying and selling real estate, I am employed as a Sale Manager at Sellstate ACE Realty. In this position, I assist Employing Brokers and Agent Services Department, develop a sales training and coaching initiative, support Employing Brokers with sales meeting and office coverage as needed, and be on call to answer agent questions when Employing Broker is away.

In 2010, I graduatedwith a bachelor’s degree inMarketing from Denver Metro State University. I thoroughly enjoyed studying locally and being able to apply my learning to the local market and establish myself with other reputable Realtors in the Denver Metro area.

In my spare time, I enjoy giving back to this greatcommunity. Any spare time is spent with my 2 girls, Rilyn and Kora, and our 2 Cats, George and Max.
