Cynthia was really helpful and honest with me while looking for my first home. It was like house shopping with a friend but a friend that knew more about houses than me.

MOST importantly, when I found the house I wanted to put an offer on, she was extremely positive and spoke as if they had already accepted.(ex. "When they accept the offer... Here are next steps...") And an hour and a half later the offer was accepted!

Her reassurance kept my mind in a good place while waiting to hear back on the offer.

Cynthia Hamlin is an amazing realtor she had my back through the entire process! I’m not one to even write reviews but for the amount of professional guidance and time she took to negotiate and work on my behalf was exceptional! She was there anytime with answers to questions or any concerns that popped up along the way! As a first time buyer my wife and myself had many questions, she was there for us every step, turning what I thought would be a stressful process into a pleasant and exciting one, Thank you for that Cythia. It was a great transition, if I ever purchase another home I will be calling you directly! Time to add some of my own touches to our new home!!!
