I have been a professional Realtor for 23 years and have been in the Destin and 30A area for over 14 years selling properties along the Emerald Coast. I have earned three designations to further my knowledge of real estate and to continue my education: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute). I specialize in working with investors and second home buyers and sellers. Most of my business is referral based from past customers and friends. I feel it is very important to help customers make an educated decision about purchasing real estate. I value my work ethics and always put the customer first giving them the service they deserve.
