As a listing agent in Chicago's suburbs, my extensive marketing plan gives homeowners the opportunity to get the maximum value for their property. I extensively promote your home to achieve the quickest possible sale at the best possible price. I use my years of experience and marketing expertise, along with excellent negotiating skills, attention to detail and follow-through to insure a smooth transition to the closing table.

As a buyer's agent, I search until I find the perfect property and help negotiate the best possible deal, staying with my buyers every step of the way to closing. Nothing satisfies me more than seeing the smiles that come with a successful sale or the purchase of a lifetime.

I enjoy working with local charities and on community events. I've been very involved with our local real estate board, serving as Chairman of the 2008-11 Special Events Committee and as Chairman of the Member Services Committee in 2007 and 2008. I have also co-Chaired the Realty Executives Annual Fundraiser to benefit Make-A-Wish® of Illinois, as well as being the President of the Executive Council (the agent advisory board for Realty Executives Great Lakes Region) for several years. One of my most rewarding activities is being able to assist on local Habitat for Humanities projects and raise money for the Pediatric Oncology Treasure Chest Foundation and Lemont Park District Foundation. To me, being part of a community is more than just working and living there. I invest my time and money to help improve the quality of life in the communities I serve, and I hope you will, too.
