Thirty six years full time with my Brokers License actively involved in the real estate business in RI & CT. I focus on the shoreline areas of Southern and Central RI and Southeastern CT and trained in relocation work for major corporations, and working with out of town clients looking to sell or buy second homes. My wife (Marguerite) of 48 years and I have two sons Ryan and Nick both married and we were blessed with 5 grandkids. Marguerite and i enjoy working in our yard and playing with our Koi fish pond and when time permits i love to play golf and tennis.

We just wanted to take a minute and thank Dan and Gina for all their hard work! From start to finish we had a wonderful experience! We are not first time home buyers, and after buying and selling in North Carolina we were ready for an easier transaction then either of our previous experiences had been. Dan was thoughtful and diligent in setting up and showing us the homes we had requested to see in a very reasonable amount of time. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and made every step extremely easy and reassuring. Gina never let things go, always had answers and actions in a very reasonable time frame. Both were a pleasure to work with and we can't wait to refer our friends and family to them, as well as use them if we ever have any future real estate needs. We felt very confident they had only our best interest at heart and genuinely cared about us.

I have known Dan for a number of years. However, selling my house this summer was the first time I had worked with him as a realtor. I was impressed as to the attention to detal he exhibited when it came to preparing my house for sale. He was very helpful during the process answering all my questions and making suggestions to help with my move. I would recommend Dan to anyone needing a realtor.
