Dana Ehrlich is a veteran Realtor® with over 18 years of experience helping buyers and sellers throughout Los Angeles. She specializes in aiding families and individuals during times of transition, whether they’re looking to upgrade to a larger house, downsize to a smaller property, or find a new home after relocating to the area. Dana has particular expertise working with the 50+ community, and she is one of less than 10% of Realtors® who hold the National Association of Realtors®’ advanced designation, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®). Whatever her client’s unique situation, she approaches every transaction with the utmost sensitivity, professionalism, and respect, while always delivering excellent, friendly customer care.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Dana discovered her passion for real estate at an early age thanks to her mother, who enjoyed buying and selling properties. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in music from Bard College at Simon’s Rock in Massachusetts, Dana returned to California, where she launched a 25-year career in corporate business development for a variety of tech startups. She transitioned to real estate in 2003. In addition to her extensive industry knowledge, Dana draws on her sales and marketing background and technical skill set to provide her clients with strategic, cutting-edge advice, problem-solving, and services. She attributes her success as a Realtor® not only to her business acumen and marketing savvy but also to her humble, honest, down-to-earth style.
When she’s not practicing real estate, Dana enjoys organic gardening, music, cooking, trying new foods, outdoor entertaining with friends and family, and loving on her English Bulldog, Ella.
