Dana Foster was our Real Estate agent for our home we purchased recently. She did an amazing job for us! She is an excellent agent, giving us timely information needed for home search, securing a solid contract on the home we wanted to buy, set up a thorough & really good home inspection, then onto easy closing details! She made it seem like a breeze with very responsive texts, calls, and emails of e-signatures. All this while being very professional and friendly. Our time with Dana was really fun & productive. We can highly recommend Dana for any Real Estate needs one might have.

Working with Dana was one of the best real estate experiences we have had. We met at an open house, and she patiently worked with us for a year until we found our dream vacation home. We were limited in our time to look at homes, and visited just after a hurricane came through. Dana waded through parking lots to show us condos from our list that helped us arrive at our final conclusion. Along the way, she gave us great advice on the market and rental potential all while listening to our dreams for our vacation home and adapting to our needs. When it came time to make the offer and close the deal, she gave us great advice and we really believed she was in our corner helping us make the best decision. Once our offer was accepted, she worked with us remotely to ensure effective inspections, efficient repairs, and left no detail undone. On top of all that, she is a kind and caring person who we truly enjoyed working with. We strongly recommend Dana to any potential buyer or seller to help make your real estate transaction an enjoyable and successful experience.

We met Dana Foster a few years ago when she was working with her daughter's Girl Scout troop selling cookies outside of Bailey's on Sanibel. We liked her immediately. (How could anyone NOT?) Dana was just getting into the real estate business and we exchanged information so as to keep in touch should our dream of moving to SWF ever come true. Years have passed and Dana has been true to her word of keeping us abreast of the market, sending us properties we might be interested in and just generally being our friendly, honest and knowledgeable connection to Sanibel and the area we love so much.. She even sends us videos of the Gulf or a beautiful sunset whenever we need a "fix". Our dream has not come true yet, but when it does, Dana will play a big part in making it happen. We love her.
