Daniel is a Vice President at NAI Elrod Group in Athens, GA. With over 11 years of experience in financial analysis as well as lease and contract negotiations, Daniel assists local clients as well as national companies in the acquisition, disposition, and management of commercial property. His clients have utilized his services across the office, retail, industrial, multifamily, investments, and land sectors.
Daniel holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, which is awarded to elite CRE professionals who complete 160 hours of coursework in advanced real estate finance and market analysis. He is active with the Georgia CCIM Chapter, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and the Athens Association of Realtors, where he served on the AAAR Board of Directors in 2017, 2018, and 2021. He is a past chair of the Commercial and Land Committee and currently serves as the Vice President of Administration of the AAAR. Daniel also served as the 2021 President of Classic MLS.
Daniel resides in Oconee County with his wife Ashley, and son Levi. In his downtime, Daniel enjoys playing guitar, keys, and golf, as well as spending time with family. Daniel and his wife are active members of Grace Fellowship Church, where they both serve as part of the adult worship team, leaders for the youth worship team, and Fine Arts leaders.
