Daniel and Jacqueline are a great team! Before your house even goes on the market, they make sure its ready to sell by having a wonderful stager coming in and make your house look fantastic. They are very knowledgeable about the housing market and knew exactly how to price our home to make it sell quickly. We got an offer the first day our house went on the market! Selling your home can be very stressful, but Daniel and Jacqueline made it less so with their expert knowledge, responsiveness to our many questions and assistance with all of the necessary paperwork for closing on your home. Our experience with Jacquelyn and Daniel Foreman, in both the selling of our home and the purchase of a new one, was exceptional. We tried to sell our home the year before and the difference was night and day in terms of the response and activity level of potential buyers. The marketing avenues they utilized, their assessments on how we we would be best served to sell our home from the quality of the photographer to staging, daily reports, etc., was impressive. They worked in tandem and the strengths each one brought to the process was so very helpful. Daniel has a builder's background and was able to analyze the details and assets of both our home, to enhance its sale, as well as the homes we were looking at for purchase, in terms of the quality and bones of the properties and what might or might not be considered issues, value for the money, etc. Jacquelyn's years of experience in the real estate business was evident in her advice, negotiation skills, marketing instincts, etc. It is no surprise she is the top Coldwell Banker realtor. We were probably more of a high maintenance client and they managed us with confidence, patience and understanding. At times we made more than average demands on their time, expertise, and advice and they always responded with appropriate attention to our concerns and questions. We always felt they had our best interests at heart. During the buying process, we had close friends that accompanied us to view some of the homes and they commented how impressed the were their knowledge and input, and how they would use them if the occasion arose, or at the very least would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a realtor. In addition to all of the above, once we found our new home and moved in, Daniel came over to check on us, helped us solve any post move in issues with the mechanics of the house, gave us referrals for vendors, and kept in touch on our general well being. Needless to say, we had so many moving parts in our particular situation and it was very stressful, but they instilled the confidence and understanding and expertise, that made this a much more positive experience than what we could have hoped for in the overwhelming process of rearranging one's life- Bob & Celeste

Our relationship with Jacquelyn and her agent husband Daniel started with a phone call to view a home they had listed in The Hills (Lakeway area of Austin). Jacquelyn was representing the seller and we were representing ourselves. Jacquelyn provided all of the relevant information and with very short notice was able to have Daniel meet us for the showing. They possessed amazing knowledge of the specific home and area. I don't just mean general knowledge, I mean extensive knowledge, way beyond what I would expect from a listing agent. Daniel offered to show us a few more listings in the area that he thought we might be interested in, again showing significant knowledge of each property. We actually had fallen in love with the first home and worked with Daniel to present an offer. From the start, this process was handled with absolute professionalism. Daniel and Jacquelyn were on top of this whole process. Negotiating to purchase quality property can be challenging. In addition, we were dealing with an elder widowed owner who loved his home. The process could not have gone smoother. Daniel was attentive and proactive on all issues and brought us the buyer and sell together to consummate the purchase. We are not pushover buyers and the seller was no easy person to deal with. Remember we were representing ourselves. Daniel and Jacquelyn facilitated the process beautifully. Everything went smoothly and we ended up closing within 30 days of starting the search. Rather you are a buyer, or seller, I would not hesitate to recommend either Jacquelyn or Daniel (or both). We chose the Home Experts team, Jacquelyn & Daniel Foreman, because we watched them list and sell many homes in Austin & specifically Rough Hollow in Lakeway. A close friend that moved to the area referred them to us and we’re so thankful they did. We worked mainly with Daniel. He knows the area very well and really knows the market. They have a clear and efficient process for helping you find your dream home and completing the sales process. They did everything they said they would. We trusted their advice on pricing and what sorts of things we needed to do to make our offer the best way possible and they were able to recommend knowledgable guidance through the process. They were super responsive as well, either by phone, text or email. The team was very willing to FaceTime at listings when we were unable to be present due to being out of town. We sold our home in California and relocated to Austin & purchased our new home in 3 months! It was a pleasure to deal with Daniel and Jacquelyn throughout the entire process. We went into contract with our first offer + some upgrade requests and closing was seamless considering how busy the home builder's year end is in June. We were very satisfied with the result.
