Daniel Guerra

Daniel Guerra, Director of Sales for Fortune Christie's International Real Estate, has over 30 years of experience in the real estate Industry. During his career, he has been involved in the development and sales of thousands of properties and billions of dollars in real estate throughout South Florida. Daniel has also been involved in projects in the Bahamas, Costa Rica, Spain, and Panama. In addition, Daniel Guerra participated with the American Embassy Commercial attaché office traveling around the world speaking about the US real estate market. Daniel is the 2021 President of the Residential Board of Miami Realtors as well as a Director for the Florida Realtors Association as well a Director for the National Association of Realtors.

Daniel Guerra is currently serving on the Commercial Board of Governors for the Miami Association of Realtors. Serving as a Key Contact for Florida Representative Speaker of the House, Danny Perez, and the Federal Political Contact for United States Representative, Carlos Gimenez, Daniel's extensive involvement in local and state government has proven helpful for the Realtor members and the industry. Daniel is also a member of the Women's Council of Realtors, RRC, and a CCIM candidate. Daniel Guerra is Chair of the Environmental Review and Preservation Board for The City of South Miami and Vice Chair of the Planning and Zoning Board for The City of South Miami.
