Professionally, Dan has been in real estate since 2015 working with new construction home builders and has earned over 60 5-star reviews on Zillow. He has closed over 22 deals per year for the last three years, and is CNE, PSA and CME certified. A natural communicator, he enjoys sitting down with his clients, listening to their unique needs, and guiding them through the real estate transaction. He aims to simplify the process, clarify questions, and empower his clients to feel informed and confident about their decisions. Dan knows that homes are an important wealth building investment, key to moving people towards their better lives.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Penn State in 2008, and a master’s degree in Sports Management from the University of Northern Colorado in 2011. A person who loves the outdoors, he enjoys making frequent trips to the Vail Valley, Crested Butte, and the western National Parks; and he has visited all 50 states. Dan’s dream vacation would be riding epic mountain bike trails through Europe mixing touring and wine tasting. Fun facts: he bikepacked the 143-mile Kokopelli Trail to Moab, solo, in a little over two days, and has successfully completed the Leadville 100 mountain bike race twice.

The book, Second Chance, by Robert Kiyosaki, is a favorite of Dan’s because it explains the benefits of real estate investing and highlights the pitfalls of dated money management thinking. Dan is inspired in life by Lou Gehrig, Nirmal Purja (mountaineer), and his dad for their determination, hard work, and stoicism.

Dan’s words to live by are: “The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.”
