About Daniele S.

Daniele Gordon is a Realtor Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty and specializes in residential and commercial real estate in South Florida. I have been a Realtor since 2004 and my focus has been to assist my clients in making the best decision in one of the most important financial and emotional investments in their lives.

The day I graduated from the University of Miami Graduate School of Business, my Dad turns to me and says I think you should get your real estate license. I owed my Dad that much since he had helped me through school. Over the years, my parents bought and sold many properties, and they saw that I had an interest in the field. I did a few deals here and there and then decided to leave the corporate arena and pursue Real Estate full-time.

My broad depth of knowledge from years of experience is my greatest benefit to the buying, selling, and investing public. My vast market knowledge, integrity, advanced education/experience, and use of cutting-edge technology is a large part of how I can help make a real estate transaction as seamless as possible for you.

Daniele graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems, Marketing, and E-Commerce in 1998 and 2001, respectively. She also has a Master of Science in Higher Education specializing in College Teaching and Learning from Kaplan University.

Daniele has a true passion for real estate, so when she is not delivering her clients' dreams, Daniele is a Real Estate Instructor at Gold Coast Schools. She takes pleasure in traveling the Caribbean, Africa, Europe, and the continental United States. Daniele is a sports car enthusiast and a soccer Mom to Brice.

Purchasing a property can be a lengthy and stressful process. Knowing what to look for, what to avoid, and navigating all the terms and conditions can be an arduous task, even for seasoned buyers. In particular, South Florida has a lot of considerations between hurricane codes, flood zones, and less than scrupulous developers valuing profit over quality. Thankfully, a colleague enthusiastically recommended Daniele Gordon to us, a realtor who goes above and beyond and who made the home buying experience as seamless as possible.

Daniele was professional, organized, and patient with us over the course of finding our new home, which, in a competitive market, included viewing many properties and making a lot of offers. She was always full of optimism and a helpful fountain of information. No matter how much else Daniele had going on, she always made time. Moreover, she looked out for our best interests, making us aware of concerns with properties, asking questions we hadn't even considered, and willing to go to bat for us with sellers who were unresponsive or intentionally opaque.

Finding a realtor who is responsive, kind, and has integrity—caring more about her clients getting what they want rather than just pushing them to make a sale—is a rare find. Over the course of our experience, we not only found just what we were looking for but also gained a close friend in the process. Daniele Gordon has represented the best interest of my husband and I several times over the past 8 years. As a buyer, she listened and heard exactly what we were looking for, and saved us time, energy and money in finding us our home to downsize to.

As a seller, Daniele called in her experts and worked with them to ensure our home was excellently marketed and priced to sell. We accepted a full price offer Day 2 on the market and closed in 37 days!!
