Danielle is a fantastic realtor. Though we were not able to purchase our first home this year, we will be coming back to see Danielle when the market gets better! She was highly recommended by our lending agent, and we were thrilled after meeting her for the first time. She is on top of her stuff. We loved her knowledge of all things related to houses. She told us that she has a lot of experience with renovating, and it shows. She noticed things in houses that we never would’ve noticed. If she didn’t have an answer, she would find one. She is honest and straight to the point. She is not “sale-sy” which is a huge bonus. She wants to find her clients the best home for them. She helped us search for about 3 months before we decided it was best to stay in our apartment until the market improves. She will do everything she can to find you a great home! She is flexible and works hard to make sure you can see the houses you want to see. You will not regret working with Danielle.

I hit the jackpot when I chose Danielle to be my realtor. She truly over delivered and exceeded my expectations from start to finish. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, yet down to earth and easy to communicate with. She is not pushy or "salesy" like I've seen with other agents. She is honest, direct, and fun to work with. She never made me feel rushed to purchase, and made sure I saw as many properties as it took to find the right one. She was always quick to respond to any questions. She is conscientious and made sure everything was done right. My purchase was an investment property, and because Danielle is also an investor she was able to understand the specific concerns I had, and also had the ability to help talk me through things strategically. When I put in an offer she was a master negotiator and got us under contract. Danielle is the real deal, both as a realtor and as a person. I can recommend her without reservation and look forward to working with her again.

We decided to become homeowners again because our family was growing. We chose Danielle because we have known her quite some time and know she is familiar with the area we were looking in. Danielle was a great agent! She explained every process and document thoroughly making sure we were comfortable with our choices. She was very responsive and did everything with the utmost professionalism. She was always in our corner looking out for our best interest and making sure we were getting taken advantage of.
