I cannot imagine a more competent, honest, and kind real estate professional. Danielle never pushed us towards any particular house; in fact, she was more cautious than we were. Her clear-headed and calm approach towards all the logistical, and emotional, considerations that are required before making a such a large decision made the whole process a pleasure. Further, she didn't just help us buy a house, but she also helped us before and after the sale with the myriad details that are involved, including making referrals to lawyers, contractors, basement specialists, movers, utilities, address changers, and so forth. Danielle helped me purchase a condo in Brookline, and she was a huge asset throughout the homebuying process. At the last minute, I wasn't able to make our initial showing and she accommodated me the very next day. During the showing process, Danielle asked lots of helpful questions of the seller and sellers agent, helped advise me on negotiating an offer below the listed price, and always showed up early. I am a first time buyer, and had a great experience with Danielle during the entire process of purchasing my first condo. She is very friendly, organized, and on top of things - a common phrase I heard from my mortgage guy is 'yup, Danielle mentioned this to me as well.' Other highlights are Danielle's responsiveness - I usually could reach her directly by phone if needed, and I don't think I ever had to wait more than 30 min for an email reply, regardless of time or day - and how much she advocated for me. Multiple times during the closing process there was an issue I was willing to let slide because I didn't think I had the leverage. Danielle is a great real estate agent. She is very experienced, and with that comes the wisdom that we as buyers didn't have. There were multiple times where she brought things up that we wouldn't have though of. She was also very understanding when we would suddenly change out minds about something. The MA market is very competitive, but Danielle made navigating it much easier by being available very quickly on a moments notice. She understood our needs and stayed up late with us multiple times to help make offers.
