I have had two houses Listed and Sold with Thurro Realty. Danny was a lifesaver ! He handled EVERYTHING to get the house sold. In addition to the usual activities, he connected me with his network of skilled home improvement and renovation people (painters, fence contractor, landscapers, foundation repair, home inspection, cleaners home stagers, etc.). It was a joy to see the already nice houses shine after their work. The escrow process was straightforward and efficient. I am grateful for Danny's professionalism, attention to detail and excellent communication.

My brother and I were tasked with cleaning out our late mother’s personal belongings, then coordinating a facelift and selling her house. From the moment I reached out to Danny Thurro I felt completely comfortable. With his over 40+ years’ experience, broad knowledge of the area, he could not be beat. Danny gave us upmost dedication was for getting the job done. Communication was fantastic and information shared in a timely manner!!
After the facelift and staging, the house looked amazing! We kept on schedule! Received Multiple offers well OVER asking price. I could not ask for more from a real estate agent. Danny was there every step of the way...I'm beyond thankful for Danny and the Thurro Real Estate team!

Danny is a great person and is direct and forthright, I have known him for several years and when it came time to sell our home, he was the person we turned to for advice and looking for our best outcome.

We signed on with Thurro Realty and worked with him and his contractors to review what we thought and what would be the best options to get ready for market with minimal costs and with exceeding speed, we accepted the Thurro suggestions..

As this was the home I was raised in, I knew after reviewing with Danny I/we needed to step aside and let the pro's do what needed to be done, we vacated the premise and let the work begin.

Thurro realty had our home ready for market in phenomenal time, our home in Santa Clara CA was on the market and we had several offers, with the world as it is - the one we took canceled, but the other offers came back strong with Danny's help, we took the offer that worked out best for both parties, with all this said we basically sold our home within a week of being on the market, above asking price, that might not always be the case for everyone depending on where you are and what you want, but we listened to our realtor, changed and fixed what was needed and sold!!!!!

I been watching the Thurro website for years, if you watch it, you will see they do great business.
We appreciated the down to earth attitude and realism.

If you are looking for a realtor that is engaging, experienced, and knows his stuff, Danny is the realtor for you!

Danny helped me to buy a home recently and the experience was amazing. He was available to meet me to view homes around my busy schedule and answered questions promptly and professionally.

Not only that, he made viewing homes fun. He also knows a lot and can tell you about the neighborhoods and schools. He can even tell you about the potential of a property and takes input to help you find homes that are similar to what you have liked before.

His experience is evident as he will work with you on strategies that can help during the offer process.

If that wasn’t enough, after your offer is accepted, his team is lightning fast to help you close out the purchase. Highly suggest you go with the loan officer he suggests for this.

Not only is Danny a true professional, but he also cares. Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.

Danny helped us purchase a house about 10 years ago. Since his amazing negotiating skills helped us purchase the house within 2 days of it being on the market, we definitely wanted to work with Danny again! He patiently and expertly showed us multiple houses that were within our budget. His knowledge of this area (Cambrian, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Sunnyvale, San Jose, Campbell, etc) helped speed up the search. Despite multiple competing offers on this new house, Danny was able to get it for us! And in just 2 days!! In addition to producing results, Danny is also very smart, friendly, and kind. Thank you for all your help on selling my place! My boyfriend had used Thurro Realty in 2011 when purchasing his house I found them on Craigslist or somewhere back then around 2008/09 and we worked many years to find the right place with an awesome agent at Thurro I mean we hunted! It was a hassle free for me since I am currently out of the country during the pandemic, but Danny was able to close the escrow sooner than expected.
