This is the second time that we have used Perry & Darlene to both sell and purchase our homes. This recent experience was amazing. Darlene was able to negotiate and coordinate both sides of the transaction that allowed us to have simultaneous closings. Perhaps the most impressive part of her negotiating skills is that she was able to get an accepted purchase contract several days prior to us being officially listed on the MLS.

Both Perry and Darlene were very responsive anytime that we had questions or needed to visit the home that we purchased. Many people feel that Realtors are not worth the fees that they charge. They need to remember it is much more than listing a property and waiting for an offer to come in. Where the rubber meets the road is when their complete expertise is needed to successfully get the transaction completed even when incredible circumstances arise which could potentially cause the deal to completely fall apart.

My wife and I highly recommend Perry & Darlene to anyone who is looking for experts to navigate them through what is typically the largest financial transaction that will ever be experienced in their lives.

Perry and Darlene helped my wife and I purchace our first house back in 2008. Such a daunting task was made so easy and problem free with their extensive knowledge of the Phoenix area and what it takes to purchace a house. Since then they have sold our first for us and helped us buy our second house all with out problems. Day or night or even on the weekends they were only a quick call away to answer any question we had no matter how small or simple it might have been. When it comes time to sell or buy again I know there will be only two people we would call to help us through the process again.

Beat realtors in Arizona! For real...Perry & Darlene know their stuff, they're super helpful (even long after you buy or sell), they've got every detail covered, and they're real, honest, and straight shooters..except for when I've seen Perry golf.
