We first began to work with Dave before the pandemic, then when the pandemic hit we were hot and cold on moving. The whole time Dave was understanding and worked at our pace. Finally, last year we decided it was time to move. The process was not only fun but so insightful. Being the son of a general contractor Dave was quick to point out things with homes that should be deal-breakers. He never tried to sway us into buying anything he didn’t think he could stand by. He earned our absolute trust. When we found the home, he had our back to the very end! He even came to see the house (which was vacant) the night before closing and found the AC was not working. He proceeded to negotiate with the sellers to fix it that night or there was no deal! Once we closed on the new house, he had 2 weeks to prep and sell the old house and he did it all while we we’re traveling abroad! I could not speak more highly of Dave. This is our third home, but the first time we really felt we had a real partner looking out for our best interest. I cannot recommend him enough!

If you're looking for the right person to work with to get into your dream home, David is your man. The process of buying a home is so overwhelming especially in the current market. David patiently and expertly guided us through each step of the way going above and beyond whenever possible even after settlement.

He hand-delivered moving boxes that his other clients had finished with and helped us communicate with our sellers during their rent-back.

He's got contractor knowledge from his family, a serious grasp of the Bethesda/North Bethesda/Rockville/Potomac market and is also just a delight to work with. You'll miss him once you're done!

From just asking us simple questions to get to know us, to taking us to various neighborhoods in Montgomery county, David really took us under his wing and we knew he would find us the perfect home. David is the best realtor. His level of detail and care is unmatched. He always has a smile on his face and your goals in his heart. He’s not just a dude helping to find you a home. He’s a partner in the process to finding a place the will be a home. He doesn’t get too high or too low. He is thoughtful and detail oriented. In the insanity of this market he was a stabilizing presence in the midst of turbulence. I want to buy another home just so I can spend more time with him and in the process.

My husband and I are first-time homebuyers in the DC area and knew some, but not nearly enough, about the home buying process -- until we met with David.

Everything about our experience working with David was amazing from start to finish. He recommended a broker to us who had experience with first-time buyers in DC, proactively sent us listings, promptly responded to all of our questions and concerns, and approached every interaction with kindness, compassion, and honesty.

He even went to bat for us with the sellers agent about quite a few things and got us a better deal than we expected to receive in this market. He's a gem, and I could not recommend David more highly as a realtor and a human being. Hire him! You won't regret it.

David was truly great to work with. Our budget was modest for DC and David really helped us to find a good place. He is a real bulldog for his clients. He helped us negotiate a prove below asking - something that seems almost impossible in DC these days. When there was an issue with the seller on our closing day, David made sure our interests were protected.

Besides his professional skills, David’s soft skills are excellent. He was kind, patient, and extremely communicative. This made going through the process as a first time buyer much more comfortable.

Buying a home is an incredibly huge and personal undertaking. My husband and I were first time homebuyers, in a pandemic, while I was 8 months pregnant. David was beyond professional, he gave us his advice in an unbiased manner and got to know what was important to us before showing us homes. As a loan officer, I have worked with a lot of great Realtors in my 15 year career. David is one of them. He is always on top of everything and extremely knowledgeable/communicative. I have seen him countless times win contracts for his buyers when they weren’t always the highest priced, or sell homes for his sellers at the highest price in their neighborhoods.
