I was referred to David by my loan agent. I had already been talking to a few other realtors when I was just starting to flirt with the idea of buying a home. Other realtors were almost discouraging me from even beginning the process, or they were stand-off ish.

David took the time to set up a phone meeting with me and really put EVERYTHING on the table. He explained everything that I needed to know in detail in our nearly hour long conversation. I knew David cared and I knew he’d help me get in the right direction. Already I was seeing true customer service.

I toured several homes with Marc. Marc was beyond professional and truly honest. He was extremely flexible with my difficult schedule and ready to show homes whenever I had free time.

I was taking the process slow, very slow. David and Marc never once put pressure on me, gave up on me, or questioned my intentions. These guys were there for the whole process.

After a couple of strike outs these guys helped me get a home I didn’t think I stood a chance at getting.

I heard someone refer to David and Marc as the Batman and Robin of realtors and after I heard that I can’t get it out of my head. They are truly the super heroes we (you) need.

“The guy with a plan”...That’s what our family referred to Marc Gabris as. Late March our loan got approved and our amazing Mortgage Advisor recommended David Gabris to help us find our dream home. From the first call David introduced us to his brother Marc and well after speaking to Marc and telling him exactly what type of home we were looking for (from sq ft to the smallest of details) Marc started the hunt on our behalf. During these crazy home buying times realtors who follow up and are in constant touch with their clients is hard to find but we got lucky with Marc. His professional and his friendly nature made it so comfortable for us to work with him. What blew our mind was when he knew how much we wanted a property that he went above and beyond and asked from the obvious to the questions that we didn’t even think of asking the home builders. Had it not been for a particular question that Mac asked I don’t think we would be flying on cloud 9 eagerly waiting for our new house to get done building. It was almost as if Marc made it a mission to make sure we got our dream house. From being hun constant contact with the builders to giving us the call we were waiting for till now it all feels like a dream. We were in the market to help my mother sell her home and needed someone who could basically hold her hand along the way and explain things to her as most of the family was living out of state. David and his team did a great job at making mom feel comfortable with the whole selling process and worked particularly hard on this sale as it was a unique, custom built home that needed the right marketing to get it sold. David was always ready to answer any questions we had and was very good at communicating which stage of the selling process we were at during the whole process. David and his team also did a great job advising us on what changes to make to the house in order to get is ready for sale in order to get the biggest return on investment and also did a great job recommending professional services when we didn't know who to hire. They also staged the home and hired a professional photographer to make sure the house looked it's best for potential buyers. We were surprised to see that a buyer was found in less than two weeks of listing! There were a few hiccups with transferring title during escrow that required David work closely with the buyers agent to get them resolved on time so we could close by the closing date. This is where David's experience and dedication to hard work came to light and is the reason I believe everyone should hire a realtor who knows what they are doing. Besides, if you are going to pay a commission on the sale of your home anyway why not hire an expert and get the most bang for your buck? All in all, David and his team did an amazing job during the whole process and his dedication to serving his clients is very apparent. I would use his services again and also recommend him to family and friends.

We first met David a few years ago when we were considering purchasing a home near Fair Oaks. David was extremely helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. What was even better was his demeanor, we always felt that David wanted what was best for us, even if that didn't mean an immediate sell.

For a variety of reasons, we decided it wasn't the right time to purchase a home in Fair Oaks. Over the next few years, David stayed in touch through email and periodic mailings. We recently decided to sell our Elk Grove home and David was at the top of our list. We reached out to David letting him know our situation and we had a series of questions we presented to him, he thoroughly answered all of those questions and we scheduled an in person meeting. After meeting, we felt extremely confident that David was the person we wanted to sell our home.

David was always very straight forward and there was never a doubt that we were getting the whole hearted truth from him. He coached us in the home staging process, and timely scheduled the photographer and videographer appointments. The final listing production was unlike anything we had seen. We were very impressed and pleased!

Our home got a LOT of serious attention! We listed it at a price that was in line with comps and a price that we would have been happy to accept. We received multiple offers above list price and accepted an offer significantly higher than our list price.

David would forward offers to us immediately and review offers with us daily. He would provide his guidance but also wanted to hear out our opinions. He was strong when it came to negotiation and was straight forward about the conversations he was having with the buyers' realtors. We were previously unsure of the true value a realtor brought in such a hot seller's market but there is no doubt in my mind that without David and his awesome team, we would have accepted an offer substantially less than the price he was able to seal for us.

David handled the escrow event gracefully and continued the helpful communication until the cash was in the bank! David was our awesome realtor, now he is our good friend!

My wife and I bought a house with Gabris Realty and David is absolutely incredible! I seriously can't speak highly enough of his service as a realtor. When we bought our house, we delt with an extremely difficult/awful seller's agent and David was worth his weight in gold in the negotiation. At one point, he literally saved us $6k as he advised we lower our counter offer to not over-pay as he saw right through the seller's bluff. I'm so glad we took his advice!
The house we purchased was a lower-price home, but David gave us the same help and attention as if he were getting commission on a million dollar home. He had our back the enitire way which was huge for this deal due to the seller's agent. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to anyone; he truly knows his stuff and will fight for you the entire way. He was on the ball and super timely with all questions and issues, again this was priceless in this tricky transaction.

He is very honest and straightforward. When I first met with him, he actually suggested I wait to buy a house for the market to cool down. Talk about honesty! He was willing to risk losing a client as he thought it was in the best interest of my family.

We also worked with Steve when we viewed houses and he was great!
