David Gunter, CCIM

David Gunter has been a commercial real estate broker in the Dulles Corridor since 1987 and President and Principal Broker of Commercial Group Realty, Inc. since it was formed in 1993. The company specializes in the sale and lease of industrial and commercial property primarily in the Dulles Corridor. Primarily a listing company, the properties represented by Commercial Group Realty, Inc. include warehouse, land office and retail.

With partners, David started CGR Commercial Management LLC in 2006. As of mid year 2008, the company manages approximately one and one half million square feet of commercial property primarily within commercial condominium and park associations. A Virginia native from Charlottesville Virginia, residing in Great Falls, VA, David received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampden-Sydney College in 1982. David has been a principal and managing broker for over twenty years and received his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Certification in 2003. Out of the office, Dave will usually be found playing tennis or trail running his pit bull/lab mix, rescue.
