I highly recommend David for his knowledge of the real estate market. His dedication and resilience to helping me sell my home and find me a condo that fit my needs. He worked evenings and weekends to accommodate my work schedule. Always kept me abreast of any changes in offers. He stayed by my side throughout the process and after.
He wrote up a breakdown of the multiple offers on my house to help me see clearly what the best deal was for me.
I always knew he had my best interest as his top priority.

My family and I are wanting to recommend Safe Haven to anyone who is looking to have an agency manage their property. In 2019, I searched for an agency to manage my house. I chose this company and work mainly with David Hendricks. I've had absolutely no issues. My neighbors kept me informed that David would come by and check on house and the neighbors would also call Safe Haven if they had a concern. Shortly after, I rented a second house out on my own. It was disastrous, to put it mildly. The renter was unable to meet his payments and after 2 years of this my daughter or I were moving in. The renter wouldnt move and ultimately cost me huge legal fees. David within his real estate and legal knowledge was able to explain my legal rights of what allowed and not. Ultimately this saved me some money. Safe Haven has now taken over this rental. They have a construction team of Tom and Michael with Andrew working with David. The headaches are gone.
Again I can not say enough positive of this company as a rental agency. They have been amazingly great! I would recommend them to renters looking for a home but also property owners looking to have someone manage their property!
