In addition to the purchase/sale of real estate investment property, my services include providing clients available real estate investment listings in the targeted area for purchase or for use as comparison with investments currently owned, and detailed analytical reports outlining the financial projections to provide the full picture of risks and rewards associated with the investment. In instances where an investor owns property slated for renovations, I provide services including identifying and securing the optimal contractor for renovations, coordinating and managing all facets of the renovation and procuring either a buyer or renter for the property.

I also offer my clients traditional home buying/selling services. My service includes one-on-one education of the home buying/selling process, assisting home buyers with acquiring a mortgage lender based on the client needs and financial situation, coordinating all facets of the home buying/selling process and handling the sale or purchase of the home.
3. High End Rental Properties (MD, D.C.)
My portfolio includes consulting services for clients interested in selling or renting property in Washington, D.C. High-End Rental Property consulting services are customized to determine the ideal geographic location for the professional and personal needs of the clients, establish a price point, and coordinate all facets of the search and rental process including finalizing the rental through the lease agreement signing. For clients interested in renting a home, I offer a home sale feasibility study, identify an accurate rental price point and coordinate the transaction including procurement of a rental client.
