Sold a Multi Family home in 2015 in South Bound Brook, NJ. My experience working with David Wylde was one of the most rewarding business encounters of my life. My home had several issues that needed to be addressed in order to sell. David was available 24/7 and was the driving force that resolved the structural and functional problems. We worked together as a team on a daily basis and David did most of the leg work and ultimately earned every penny of his commission. I would highly recommend David for his professionalism, integrity, his work ethic and his knowledge about pluming, electrical work in addition to knowing the best licensed local contractors. David also developed a respectful relationship with the township inspector which helped us acquire all permits necessary in a timely fashion. I feel I made the most profit out of my house because of David's commitment from beginning to end. He was 100% engaged and on top of everything!
