It may be simple, but it’s not easy, because this experience requires a type of effort that many agents are not willing or wanting to give. It requires a high level of experience and skillfulness. It requires my commitment to clear and responsive communication, total integrity, and meticulous attention to detail. Most importantly, it requires that I give you the most valuable asset I have – my time. I don’t hand you off to someone else, I don’t cut corners, I don’t avoid the tedious work. I will work with you directly from beginning to end.

I care about the process and the people, and not just the result. I’ve found that the result takes care of itself. Clients have become friends, and friends have become clients. To me, success is more than just closing the transaction smoothly, but also educating my clients, minimizing their risk and stress, and earning their trust. I want to work together through multiple transactions over many years.

I’ve been working in real estate since 2008. Even as I specialize in residential brokerage, I felt it important to learn the industry broadly. I started on the investment/principal side of real estate working with investors, moved onto REO/foreclosures, spent over a decade in commercial/multifamily brokerage, and spent some time gaining experience in property management.

I live in Oakland (my favorite city) with my wife and our 3 little girls – we have an exciting house! I enjoy my family life, long walks, lifting weights, and golf. I’m an avid fan of great TV shows and movies, and you’ll often see me reading.
