I have successfully spent the past 15 years successfully marketing and selling homes in the Lower Hudson Valley and will soon cover Northern New Jersey as well. This follows 20 years working in sales, marketing and journalism. I have been an award-winning writer and an award-winning Realtor.

I specialize in niche marketing as well as homes that other agents/owners could not sell.
