Dawn Kologi

Dawn was born and raised in Morris County, New Jersey. She is a graduate of Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and a minor in Business Management. Dawn received a softball scholarship, as a pitcher, and played for the Lady Bald Eagles.

Dawn is a volunteer with local animal shelters: raising funds; fostering pets; and collecting food and supplies. With each home sale, Dawn donates a portion of her commission to a local, non-profit, volunteer run shelter.

Dawn has had her real estate license for over 22 years. She offers a unique level of real estate expertise combined with an uncommon level of professionalism. She believes that her clients’ needs are of the utmost importance. She is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of her business is from repeat customers and referrals.
