1-The reason is that I called 6 agencies and left a voice message to everyone. Dawn was the first one returned my call and she started the following day to send me what's in her basket from Houses match my criteria and what I am looking for. 2-She is very friendly, reliable, sweet, honest agent and this is very important to me to have an agent who is honest and you can trust and feel comfortable working with. 3-She is very Knowledgeable about her stuff and knows how to explain to you in details what problems you can face when it reaches the closing out stage, just to be prepared from day one and it is a good thing. 4- She asks you what you are looking for to help herself and her client to find exactly what house is he/she looking for. This important also that your agent not just offer what he/she has but what you really want to and looking for. 5- She is on time, well organized and prepared and this is important things a real state agent should have. 6- She has a lot of skills to help you out of what you are looking for and to find a house match your needs. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My expectation is high and I have the feelings that with Dawn I will find the house I am looking for. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What impressed me the most about Dawn is ( her Knowledge, spontenouse, smart, on time, honest and her customer is very important to her) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I did already recommnded her to couple friends who are looking to buy a house like me.
