First time selling a house and there were issues with the deed. Deanna sprung into action getting me a realty lawyer to get it straightened out. She was able to get more than asking price. I needed to quickly sell my current home in order to purchase my dream home, and time was tight. Deanna told me that she would sell my home fast and not only did she make that happen, but she exceeded expectations. Within 4 hours of being on the market we received what would be the purchasing offer. The best part of it all is that the offer was almost 20k over asking price! Blessed is an understatement. She handled all issues, scheduled all of my responsible inspections, and all I had to do was move out. 10/10 would recommend. Couldn’t if asked for a better experience.
