Selling a house is usually considered a “nightmare” by most folks. I was blessed to have the best realtor in Deanna. Her diligence in small details on how to show your house without being “tricky” or “misleading” which you see often in listings made a huge difference to me. Holding herself to a high standard - not just trying to make a sale.
Years of experience in the market- understanding pricing on seller and buyers side was extremely insightful and helpful.

Another unique aspect of working with Deanna, she works really well with the buyers realtor- really helping and facilitating both sides into receiving what is right.

I was personally going through a divorce at the time of selling, and her genuine concern and care for myself and family during the entire process was beyond professional and could not imagine having this opportunity with anyone else.
