She has over 25 years of customer service experience, many of which have been in the construction and home building industry. While working for a national home builder, she worked in various departments, including Customer Service, Area Recruiting & Development, and Sales & Escrow. She was also part of a construction and land development company, which included the acquiring of vacant land, taking it through the approval processes for a new subdivision and ending with improved custom lots for sale.

She is an energetic, friendly and detail oriented. She holds honesty, integrity, and trust as my core values. She will listen to your hopes and needs and make it my priority to be responsive to your questions and keep the pipeline of communication flowing. Her designations include RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and most recently a NAR Green Designee (Resource Efficient Homes).

She is proud to be named in the International Sterling Society of Coldwell Banker. She feels very fortunate to be a part of the Coldwell Banker family as they have strong professional support with continuing education and a great team of folks committed to serve their clients well. Being local and global has given them a great reputation for excellence in the real estate world.

She enjoys volunteering locally with Special Olympics for their annual golf tournament and Habitat for Humanity. When she is not working, she loves traveling to visit her children and grandchildren, reading, gardening and walking for exercise.
