This included detailed information on comparing our house to others sold in the area which allowed us to price the home competitively and quickly receive offers.

Debbie is an accommodating and helpful realtor. My mom needed to move from SC to AZ to be near family. I knew that finding a perfect brand new home to fit my mom's needs and requirements would be challenging and even sometimes exhausting. But Debbie was encouraging during the whole process from the time we looked for a home thru closing. She showed patience, kindness and was involved every step of the way. So let me elaborate a little bit why Debbie gets 4 stars and why I recommend her. My mom is way old school. She doesn't use any technology and is very old fashion. Also, my mom wasn't born in this country, and so there is some cultural differences & language barrier as well. Because my mom does things the old fashion way, people tend to become impatient with her. But not Debbie, she went the extra mile. She was polite, took her time to make suggestions, and was very reassuring & comforting when my mom showed any signs of stress. Debbie's demeanor was always caring, understanding and empathetic. We did not feel rushed one bit. Debbie was there 100% and listened to what my mom needed in a home. I cannot say enough good things about Debbie. She is just awesome! We will be contacting Debbie again and referring our friends to her. Thank you Debbie for helping us find the perfect home for my mom! Thank you, thank you thank you!!!

If I could describe Debbie in one word as my REA it would be “advocate.” Being new to AZ and Anthem I did a bit of research and found she came highly recommended. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable of Anthem and its market. She’s also realistic and I appreciated her honesty and expertise. The sale ran into issues due to one of the involved parties having COVID-19, and as a result, it turned into a six month process.
