Debby was very great to work with! We were first time buyers when we got recommended to work with Debby, I would recommend her to some of my closest relatives she is very dedicated to her work. She went above and beyond for us to find us a house outside of the counties she normally works with. Very quick to answer any questions we had, we always felt we knew what was going on, and quickly built a trusting relationship with Debby. We will continue to use her as our realtor and looking forward to the next time we need a house!

Debbie was extremely helpful with both finding a new house for us and also selling our current home. Due to a recent hand surgery, my wife couldn’t drive so Debbie went out of her way to pick her up and drive her to a house we were looking at. I could not recommend Debby Moore more! She was absolutely tremendous as a realtor. My significant other and I had low expectations for ourselves as first time homebuyers in the current market, but Debby was able to work her magic and get us the house of our dreams with our first attempt. All questions during the entire process (and after) were answered and all issues were handled in such a timely fashion; she was available whenever we needed her to be. She is both personable and professional, and it is obvious she is genuinely invested in her clients. I already have and will continue to recommend Debby as a realtor for anyone in search of one. My wife and I were so fortunate to work with Debby for our first home purchase. She was extremely patient and often went out of her way to send us homes as soon as they were listed. She always accommodated our busy schedules, and many times would rearrange her schedule to fit with ours.

Debby was always transparent with every home we would walk through (25+), communicating both the advantages and challenges that each home would bring. She never pushed us to make a decision. Debby walked us through any/all paperwork we needed to sign, and answered every question thoroughly and honestly.

Words can not really describe how amazing Debby is! At first I thought my husband was exaggerating about how great this realtor was. I can admit Debby was great better yet she was phenomenal...2019 was when I first met Debby. My husband had worked with her in the past on his first home purchase. Then eventually he had to sell, not only did the house sell within a week, she was ready to show us new homes that fit our dream list & budget. That's not just it, she was great with suggestions & very patient with us. We have 4 kiddos, yes 4 which meant taking them to house showings which wasn't always easy. Debby was even nice enough to drive from Ephrata to Lancaster for paperwork just so we wouldn't have to take the kiddos out. It was fun & eventually she felt more like a friend than a realtor. Even after you make that wonderful house purchase she doesn't leave you, she is still available when needed. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor!
