Our experience with Deborah was incredible! This was our first time purchasing a home, so she went out of her way to ask all the questions we didn't know to ask and to explain each step of the process ahead of time, so we would know what to expect.
She completely exceeded our expectations by stepping up and making phone calls for us that we could have done on our own and was an advocate for us when it came to dealing with the builder. She also scheduled all of our inspections etc., so the entire process was seamless and enjoyable. She dealt with all the small tasks and leg work so we wouldn't have to.
I would recommend Deborah to anyone looking to purchase a home. ESPECIALLY first-time home buyers! Everyone I know warned me about all the things that they found stressful when purchasing a home, and I can honestly say there was not a moment of stress for me. Deborah makes sure her clients are well represented and well informed! She treats us like family; she'll definitely be our realtor for life.

Deborah went above and beyond for me when she sold my home! Her attention to detail is amazing, she even brought mums to put at my door. She kept me informed every day about what was going on with my house and she is a terrific negotiator. She did a fantastic job!

I’ve worked with other realtors before, but none of them had the positive, can-do attitude like Deborah does. She is such a cheerleader through the whole process and would say “we’re going to sell this and we’re going to sell it fast!” And we did. She sold my house in 10 days!

If you’re considering using Deborah as a realtor, I say go for it!! If you want the extra attention, it’s a no-brainer.
