As a successful real estate professional working with residential, commercial and multi-unit properties, she has made her mark in the industry. From 2009 to 2014 Ms. Toney was part of the Corporate Management Team of the number one Hudson County brokerage as the Director of Marketing, Training, Social media where she re-branded, led the marketing, social media, communications and training efforts for the company. She also continued to sell as a leading active real estate agent.

Born and raised in New York, Debbie considers herself privileged to have grown up in a NYC real estate family. Debbie was negotiating, spackling, drawing plans and fixing boilers all before she was the age of nine; “I had a daily, on the street, real estate education”, she jokes. This real estate expert started her career the financial industry working for a leading Investment Bank, Credit Suisse First Boston in New York, as an analyst in Syndication's. Later she became a Credit Derivatives Analyst for the investment firm of Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette in New York City, later acquired by First Boston. Work with a real estate professional.
