As a Colonial Heights native, Debra has first-hand experience watching the community grow over the years. Her intimate knowledge of this area and her experiences of living here all her life give her the confidence and desire to help others achieve their real estate goals.

Before becoming a realtor, Debra worked for the City of Colonial Heights Finance Department for 42 years. Her experience in finance provided her with valuable skills and a solid foundation for helping others that she now uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings.

Debra met Bettye and Century 21 Colonial Realty when her son purchased his first home and admired her work ethic from day one. When Debra became a realtor, she knew no other place she wanted to call home than at Colonial Realty!

When Debra’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her two wonderful sons, Jeremy and Ryan. Her two biggest hobbies are hunting for sea glass and antique picking. Clients will most likely will find her exploring the Outer Banks for sea glass because she enjoys the area's history- she never knows what treasure she may find!
