Dejohn was the most responsive and attentive realtor. I was a referral client. And from our first 10 minute call I knew I was put in the right hands. He kept me sane when I was ready to throw in the towel. In less than 2 weeks offer accepted with sellers assist in this crazy market. I actually didn't like this townhouse like the others. So glad he said let's just put an offer in. I am forever grateful for his expertise and time.

I was with a realtor for months and every offer was denied for unknown reasons so I decided to try a different realtor and Dejohn was referred. I met with him and few days later he was on a hunt for my home . This young man went out in snow storms and rain nothing stopped him from the goal to have my family in home under 60 days. Dejohn did everything And beyond for us. We went under contract and Dejohn immediately picked up inconsistent response from our original lender and put a Plan B together that ultimately closed the deal making me a homeowner. He is very educated and extremely knowledgeable about his job and all the important things that you may need to reach home ownership. If you are looking for a realtor and unsure about who I recommend this young man he will never let you down. His resources are at another level for all situations I’m a production of what he made happen clear to close 24 hours later and 8 days home ownership.

It has been a pleasure working with De'jhon Wilmore. Coming into this homebuying process I knew the basics about the homebuying process. Dejhon from the very beginning has been very responsive knowledgeable and answered any questions I might’ve had maybe even more then once. He said it’s about who you work with and building relationships and this entire transaction has shown me just that. From one offer being denied to loan denied. He just just kept moving forward and had a back up plan that got me to the closing table within 9 days and loan approved within 48 hours. I am forever grateful for all his hard work and dedication to getting me into my first home. I would recommend him to anyone! I can’t wait to work with you on my next purchase.
