We just sold our home with Dell as our realtor.
I would rate him as a realtor with a lot of enthusiasm, professionalism and very effective communication.
He is very good in communication and is never hesitant to call me or answer my call or respond to texts and email .
Timely and effective communication is very crucial in the selling and buying of homes as buyers are not going to wait endlessly. And Dell stays top on the communication aspect all the time.
Our house did have a handful of maintenance and repair work that needed to be done and he was open to supervising and coordinating the logistics.
Overall great positive experience selling our home.

Top notch realtor. Sold my house within a couple of days.. have been on market for about 2 months with various realtors including Redfin, and Dell did in couple of days what those big-names couldn't do in 2-3 months. Best quality - he responds to you in a timely manner. Can't say the same about other realtors I've worked with so far. You can't go wrong with Dell! Go for it. This coming from a cynic like me, should mean something.

I've about 10 real estate transactions and Dell simply goes ABOVE AND BEYOND - more so than any other agent I've ever worked with. He is nice and easy to work with, and did an amazing amount for the sale of my unit. From numerous open houses, to market analysis, to proactivity with potential buyers, to visits to the property multiple times a week from listing til closure. HIGHLY Recommend!
