Dennis Fulmore

Dennis first started in Real Estate investing in 1995 by wholesaling and retailing properties. Since that time, Dennis established Dennis Wayne Group, and quickly became a force in Southern and Northern California focusing on residential investment and development transactions. Throughout his 30 plus years in real estate, Mr. Fulmore has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in sales and investments. Dennis specializes in investment sales of residential and commercial real estate. Dennis started his own construction firm and has in excess of 25 years experience in construction; from expertise in providing high quality construction services on time and within budget - to a complete renovation and remodeling residential properties for resale. Dennis continues to use his expert people skills in expanding Dennis Wayne Group by recruiting professional agents with the same goal in mind - to provide each client with the highest level of service, and by joining Emmy Nominated American Dream TV as a Realtor host. Mr. Fulmore is a native of Northern California but resides in Southern California.
