We needed help listing our rental property at a time we were incredibly swamped with business and our family move. Derek got to work quickly helping us prepare the property and go live with the listing. The social media presence and overall marketing were top notch. Although we listed during a challenging holiday season, we received significant traffic at the open house and multiple applications to rent the home. Derek took care of everything and we couldn't be happier.

Derek went above and beyond in every way. He was so on top of everything and communicative at every step. He was extremely clear about what was needed and when, and would follow-up with us proactively for any question / to-do item that we hadn't completed yet. He has great relationships with all of the service providers that were required for our home sale and they did an excellent job with staging and photos and marketing - the whole nine yards. Derek far exceeded our expectations and worked really hard for us through a very uncertain time period with the market fluctuations. So appreciate the care and effort, especially how organized and communicative Derek is. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Mr. Cole was wonderfully professional in his dealings with me. Prompt, open, very clear in his explanations of things, and courteous. In my opinion he conducts his business as a real estate agent with great integrity. I'd work with him in the future, but since he found me my dream home, that won't be anytime soon. :-)

We had never sold a property before, and knew that we would be out of state for much of the process. We needed a realtor who would be able to not only guide us and advise us, but could also take over the day to day once we were out of the area. Derek exceeded our wildest expectations. He managed all of the renovations and staging, all of the showings, and anything and everything that came up along the way.
