Derek's knowledge of real estate comes from his childhood, growing up in a "real estate family" watching both his mother and father grow a successful real estate franchise company, a mortgage brokerage, and a real estate legal office. Since beginning his real estate career, Derek has held high-level positions with multiple real estate companies and teams across both South Florida and Connecticut. in 2015, Derek and his twin brother Kyle created the Property Twins Team, servicing FL, CT, & NY.
