Desiree Barton is the perfect blend of friendly and professional - and she has an excellent sense of humor. She didn't make light of the tremendous task of choosing and financing a property. But she was able to overlook our ambivalence and guided us to the goal she knew we wanted: to live in Corrales.
Many issues of technical nature came up with contracts, etc; she is an excellent communicator and was able to remind us when there was something to sign. And she knew the Real Estate business very well and made sure all the contracts were negotiated with our interests in mind.
She has people who work with her (Renee especially) who also is knowledgable and friendly. When Desiree was not available, she was able to help us.
She also is able to recommend wonderful Companies to help you along the way - like inspections, financing, workers to fix property, etc.

I moved away from Albuquerque in 2012 and needed to start renting my house out. It was nothing but pain, wasted money and stress for 5 years. Then, in 2017 I switched property management companies to Property Partners. When I called to inquire about their business, Desiree spent 45 minutes on the phone with me explaining how she was going to take care of my home and take the stress out of being a landlord.

For the next 3 years she owned up to that and more! Not only did I stop losing money on my home, but I stopped stressing about it. Last year, the tenants she found for me in 2017 decided to move out. Desiree and I discussed selling the home and she took me on as a real estate client.

To be honest, it was stressful... it took time to repair all the damage of 8 years and 5 separate tenants. Desiree took care of nearly everything in the process! She found contractors, priced out repairs, negotiated pricing and kept me updated as we moved forward with getting the home ready for sale. When she sent me the final pictures of my home I nearly cried it looked so beautiful. The home wasn't even on the market a week before it sold. Also, Desiree made sure the sales process went smoothly and found contractors to finalize the remaining repairs.

In the end, Desiree took what had been one of my biggest financial losses in life and she made it a win. Selling a home out of state is disruptive, stressful and at times painful, but with Desiree managing the process it turned out wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone, and if I ever need to rent out another property I own, I am going to call her and beg her to move to Colorado and manage it for me! In a time where it is so hard to find a company to care about you in any regard, finding Desiree was a true blessing. If you want to work with someone who cares about you, you should give her a call.

My husband and I are relocating to Albuquerque to launch a new Amazon building. We had been looking for a home for a few months, through the Zillo app, reaching out several property managers and not getting a response via email or phone. I downloaded Realtor.com, found a house and reached out to apply. Emily emailed me back first thing in the morning, and within a few hours, we were approved.
Not able to actually go see the property in person, the pictures that were posted of the house were well taken. It made us feel assured that we would be in a good neighborhood and have a beautiful home.
Having to sign documents and pay the deposit remotely, was certainly less stressful than working with a larger agency. We will be moving in within a few weeks and are really excited to have a nice home. Thank you Property Partners Inc.

After my tenant moved out, she assisted me in every possible way to fix up my home for sale (from out of state- I didn't need to travel during the pandemic because she & her contractors are such pros).
From small to large upgrades, she made savvy choices to get the very best return on my investment.

I spoke with Desiree, the owner, who was very helpful from the first conversation. She quickly took action. As an out of state client with an urgent, delicate tenant situation- I needed a professional liaison.
She patiently responded to all my complex concerns and requests, and guided me seamlessly through my first experience as a landlord. From start to end of the tenant's stay, Desiree and her team exceeded expectations.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Desiree did such an amazing job listing and selling our home. We had 2 showings on the day our house went on the market, and had multiple offers come in shortly after!

We had orders to move out-of-state, which made things tricky as we were not there to oversee the miscellaneous repairs that needed to be done or go over any paperwork. Desiree eased our minds by giving us updates, checking on the repairs and making sure they were done correctly, and explaining all of the paperwork via phone calls. She always answered our calls and knew the answer to all of the questions that we asked.
