Drew is an excellent real estate agent. I will highly recommend getting services from his company Shanti Realtors for your real estate needs. He is a stellar negotiator, extremely knowledgeable, patient and will guide you in the right direction even if it is an inconvenience for him, but better for the buyer. We must have seen atleast 30 properties with him before buying our house, and Dhruv happily showed us all the properties without pressuring us ever into buying anything that wasnt suitable for us. When most real estate agents will pressurize you in closing on properties after just 4 showings, Dhruv patiently worked with us over a span of 6 months till we found a property that will work best for us and was in our budget.
With every showing he always guided us about the pluses and minuses of each property till we finally bought our house at a considerably lower price than what the seller was asking (in todays market) because of Dhruv's ninja negotiating skills.
I am extremely happy with the services that Dhruv provided us, all the way from showing of houses to closing, making it a very simple process for us. He has great connections in the market place for mortgage rates, contractors, inspectors, appraisors and such, and was able to get us the right mortgage rate fairly quickly and without much hassle.
Again, i will highly recommend Dhruv and Shanti realtors for their excellent services.
